Venus Yim’s family background has aroused her passion in Cantonese & Taiwanese cuisines. Having a Guangdong grandmother and a Taiwanese mother, Venus is interested in cooking homemade dishes of both cuisines and recently has indulged herself in developing the art of dim sum. Experienced in conducting classes, Venus is passionate in sharing her skills and techniques in preparing dim sum.
